Senior Friends Photo Session

I had the pleasure of photographing this Senior Friends Photo Session yesterday in the fresh Michigan snow!  It’s so fun to do senior portraits in another season.  McKenzie had her Stoney Creek senior portrait session done this summer.  You can check out her Downtown Rochester Senior Photography Session!  Rochester Michigan was enjoying a good fresh snow fall so we bundled up and headed out.  For this session McKenzie brought along her friend Serafina.  We were able to use this adorable backyard cottage for most of our photo session.  It was the perfect spot.  The cottage was adorable with so much character.  The gorgeous windows were from the Penobscot building in Detroit and they are marvelous!  I’m so jealous and wish this was in my back yard.  Within minutes the snow quickly co-operated and fell gently for most our our session.

Gotta love it when your own backyard makes for a perfect spot for a winter wonderland portrait!

And for this one we stopped at the Paint Creek Trail at the Rochester Municipal Park.

We are so happy with the beautiful photos! Jeanine did a spectacular job both with picture poses and with her unique magical setting choice. She clearly has a talent for capturing a great natural moment.
