That’s why we’ve designed the image reveal and selection process to be an enjoyable, personalized experience. Here’s how you can prepare and what to expect during your reveal and image selection session.

The Image Reveal: A Special Experience

Your image reveal will be an intimate and exciting event in the comfort of your home. This session is designed to be a celebration of the beautiful moments we’ve captured together, and I can’t wait to show you the stunning results.

Take It All In: The first viewing is all about enjoying the experience. Sit back and enjoy and remember the emotion of your session day and enjoy the excitement of viewing your images.  Don’t worry about choosing favorites right away. This is your moment to see the gallery and feel the joy these images bring. You’ll get an overview of the full selection of professionally edited photos—each one crafted to tell your unique story.

Selecting Your Images for Albums, Wall Art, Image Boxes and Prints

After the reveal, we’ll dive into the fun part—choosing which images to feature in your album, wall art, and prints. I’ll be with you every step of the way to provide guidance and suggestions based on your needs, preferences, and space.  I’ll have product samples with me that you have see and touch and examine the quality products that I have tested and chosen over the years. I’ll ensure that your images are presented in a way that enhances their beauty and matches your vision.

Curating Your Collection:

• Albums: Albums are perfect for telling a complete story. You’ll want a mix of wide shots, intimate close-ups, and candid moments to capture the full experience. I’ll help you select a cohesive series that flows beautifully across the pages, ensuring you have a treasured keepsake to share for generations.  Matching Parent/Grandparent albums are also available.
• Wall Art: Whether it’s a large centerpiece or a gallery of images, wall art brings your favorite memories into your everyday life. I’ll help you visualize how these images will look in your home, offering suggestions for which shots might look best as canvas prints, framed pieces, metal or acrylic displays. If you’re unsure, I can create mockups to show how the art will fit into your specific spaces.
• Image Box: Each box is beautifully crafted from high-quality materials offering a sophisticated presentation for your prints.  The window box displays one image and allows you to change which photos you want to display elsewhere at any given time. You can keep the prints in the box as a collection, or place them in frames or on the included easel around your home, rotating them whenever you want a fresh look.
• Prints: For gifting or personal keepsakes, individual prints are always a classic choice. I’ll assist in selecting the images that hold the most sentimental value, helping you find the perfect sizes and finishes (like matte, glossy, or metallic) to make them shine.
• Announcements/Invitations:  Your images chosen for products will be uploaded to a custom card shop for you when you are ready in the Spring.  Here you will have over 200 designs to choose from and customize.

Working Together: Don’t feel overwhelmed—I’m here to guide you through the decision-making process. I’ll provide professional insight on how images pair together and how different formats (such as triptychs or gallery walls) can elevate the aesthetic. Your input is crucial, and we’ll work collaboratively to ensure the final product aligns with your vision.

• Reflect: Think about where you’d like to display your images—whether it’s in a living room, bedroom, or as part of an heirloom album to pass down to family members.
• Measure Your Space: If you’re interested in wall art, measuring your walls beforehand can give us a better idea of what sizes will fit best. We can even discuss your décor so we can match the artwork to your home’s style.
• Bring Your Vision: Whether you have specific ideas in mind or you’re open to my suggestions, knowing what you want helps me tailor my recommendations to your preferences.
